Who Am I? & Why Should You Listen To Me?


My undergraduate degree is a double major in psychology and sociology. My masters is in nutritional science. I have been a personal trainer for 7 years and Registered Dietitian for 4. I am also a certified intuitive eating counselor.

My own health journey plus professional work has well equipped me to both relate and understand my client's issues. Everything from gut health issues, body image struggles and poor relationship with food, I've experienced it all personally.

I also dealt with sciatica back pain for over 1.5 years which led me down the path to study spine pathology and learn new movement patterns.

I now empower women to embrace self-care, heal their relationship with food, and find body confidence.

Do I have to live in California to see you?

For insurance clients, you must live in CA, TX, CO, AZ, CT, NJ, MI, VA or AK.

If you are not using insurance, then I work with clients worldwide for health coaching.

How does it work?

We meet weekly for 30 minutes via zoom through a HIPPA compliant platform. During sessions we will set specific and realistic goals, discusses challenges, and create action steps.

Following each session, you will have action steps to take as well as educational videos and modules to watch until we meet again. Between sessions, you have access to a private chat through where you can message your dietitian M-F to ask questions, be held accountable, and feel supported even outside of our calls.

Our work aligns with HAES and Intuitive Eating.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Aetna.

Benefits and coverage can be checked and vary based on plans.

Is the program only nutrition based?

Nope! The program includes nutrition, movement and mindset coaching as well as body image work, stress management techniques, breath work and much more. Gut health testing is an add on.

How long is the program?

The program is a minimum 3 month commitment, but my most successful clients work with me for 9-12 months.

Do I have to log, track or weigh my food?

Nope! I do encourage keeping a food journal to track hunger/fullness levels, energy levels and mood though.

Will you give me a meal plan?

No. This is not a diet. I will offer suggestions and guide you around healthy eating habits that are right for YOU and share recipes.
